Minister Of Health Budi After Vaccination: So I Want To Eat A Lot

JAKARTA - Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin underwent injection of the second phase of the COVID-19 vaccination today. The first injection was carried out on January 13.

Budi shared the experiences he had after being injected with the vaccine two weeks ago. He said, his appetite increased after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

"It doesn't hurt like the first one (the injection). After the first injection, I feel like I want to eat a lot. But, nothing serious," said Budi at the State Palace, Wednesday, January 27.

On this occasion, Budi hopes that the COVID-19 vaccination ceremony can motivate all people to participate in the vaccination program according to their turn.

"Hopefully this can be an example, motivating all workers throughout Indonesia, so that those who have not given the first injection quickly catch up on the first injection. And those who have the first injection can immediately finish the second injection," he said.

Not only Budi, President Jokowi to public figures such as Raffi Ahmad also underwent the second phase of the COVID-19 vaccination. Jokowi, after being injected, admitted that he didn't feel anything the same as when he was vaccinated for the first time.

"So after the first injection of vaccine on January 13, two weeks ago now, today I got the second injection of vaccine," said Jokowi.

Meanwhile, Raffi Ahmad stated that he only felt stiff and drowsy, just like being injected in the first phase of vaccination a few weeks ago.

"It's just the same as being bitten by an ant. But thank God, just a little sleepy, and sore, nothing strange," explained Raffi.
