All Of Eid Al-Adha 2023: Cows Escape Enter The Toll Road When They Are To Be Slaughtered In Tambora, West Jakarta

JAKARTA - A cow shocked four-wheeled vehicle drivers who passed because they entered the KM 21-800 toll road on the route B off the West Ancol ramp, West Jakarta, Thursday, June 29. The cow was about to be slaughtered as a sacrificial animal for Eid al-Adha 2023.

Head of PJR Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya, Kompol Sutikno explained, from the CCTV monitoring of the Toll Road, cows entering the toll road through the off ramp of Building Panjang 2 or KM22-2000A.

"The cows then continued to run and jumped into lane B, the Gedong Panjang area towards Tj Priok. Arriving at KM21,800B, the cows stopped later by PJR officers and PT CMNP officers assisted by the Jami'Nurudin Mosque sacrificial committee were evacuated," said Kompol Sutikno to reporters, Thursday, June 29.

Meanwhile, from Herman's statement, one of the sacrificial committees of the Jami' Nurudin Mosque on Jalan Gedung Panjang RT 04/10, Pekojan, Tambora, West Jakarta, the sacrificial animal went berserk when the slaughter was about to be carried out at the Jami'Nurudin Mosque, Tambora.

"The cow was stressed and rebelled, then ran away from the location of the slaughter," he told the police.

Furthermore, a few minutes later, the cows were successfully secured by officers and residents. Then the cows were returned to the location for slaughtering the sacrificial animals of the Jami'Nurudin Mosque, Tambora.

"The cows were then evacuated to the mosque using a zebra patrol vehicle," said Kompol Sutikno.
