Polda Metro Deploys 2,313 Joint Personnel To Secure Eid Al-Adha 2023

A total of 2,313 joint personnel were deployed in the security scheme for the Eid al-Adha 1444 Hijri activities in the jurisdiction of the Polda Metro Jaya. They are alerted at places of worship.

"The Polda Metro Jaya will carry out security in order to carry out activities," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko to reporters, Wednesday, June 28.

"2,313 joint personnel for the security of Eid al-Adha 1444 H," he continued.

The thousands of joint personnel consisted of several elements consisting of the police through Polda Metro Jaya with 703 personnel, 130 members of the TNI, 40 people from the Regional Government.

Then, there were 1,440 personnel from the Polres in the jurisdiction of the Polda Metro Jaya. They will ensure that the Eid al-Adha 1444 H activity runs safely and smoothly.

"Regarding security, of course, all of them carry out worship at several planned points," he said.

On the other hand, Trunoyudo also appealed to the public to respect each other and maintain the togetherness that has been established in the midst of society.

"There are 2 days in the implementation of worship, of course, the government's decision from the Ministry of Religion has decided, and of course the entire community also maintains this togetherness in carrying out worship and mutual respect," said Trunoyudo.
