The prosecutor's investigators examined a number of partners implementing the goods and services procurement project sourced from funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Sumbawa Regency Regional General Hospital (RSUD), West Nusa Tenggara, in a marathon. "So, from last Tuesday until today, there were still examinations of a number of partners. This lasted for the next few days," Agung said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, June 22. Investigators conducted a marathon examination of a number of project implementing partners to trace allegations of corruption in bribery and gratification. He also did not deny that the series of examinations of the project implementing partners would spend a lot of time, given the existence of 883 alleged problematic work items. "Hopefully this process will be smooth, all witnesses are present," he said. Agung assured that this investigation process has not yet touched the state loss tracing stage. For this reason, Agung ensured that his party still had to re-coordinate with state loss audit experts. In this case, from institutions that have accreditation in calculating state losses, one of which is BPKP Representative NTB. "So, this investigation is still focused on examining witnesses," he said. In the investigation of this case, the prosecutor previously found allegations of misappropriation of BLUD funds for the 2022 fiscal year out of 883 work items. One of them, related to payment of health services (jaspkes).

Especially for Jaspelkes in the three-month period from October to December 2022, it was recorded that there were arrears in payments of Rp. 10.5 billion. Therefore, the potential for state losses that had previously been submitted with a value of Rp. 1.6 billion has the opportunity to increase.
