Mother In Pati Dies In A Rented House, 3 Children Are Weakly Featured Near Victims

Pati Police, Central Java, is still investigating the cause of the death of a mother in her rented house at the Griya Pesona housing estate in Kutoharjo Village, Pati District, Pati Regency. Meanwhile, her three children who were still toddlers experienced weakness.

"The victim will be autopsied to find out the cause of his death," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pati Police, Kompol Onkoseno Grandiarso Sukahar, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 15.

Head of Public Relations of the Pati Police, AKP Pujiati, said that the victim named Budiati (31) reportedly died at home with bruises on Wednesday (14/6) at 21.16 WIB.

Meanwhile, his three children, he said, were found weak because the victim hugged his youngest baby, while two other children aged two and four hugged the victim in the back.

The incident was first discovered by her husband named Mashuri (35) when he returned from his workplace in Rembang, following since a few days earlier that he had not received news from his wife.

On Wednesday (14/6) at around 21.16 WIB, the victim's husband arrived at his rented house, but was surprised to see the victim lying on his side on the bed in a motionless condition and his face was bruised.

Near the victim there were three children who were toddlers with the position of the first child behind the victim in the position of hugging the victim and the second child was under the victim and the third child was in the victim's arms.

Then the victim's husband asked the residents for help, then they were reported to the police. Meanwhile, the third child who was still a baby was rushed to Soewondo Pati Hospital because he was pale and his body was blue, which was suspected of being dehydrated.

The dead victim was evacuated to the morgue of Soewondo Pati Hospital for a post-mortem by a doctor from the Pati Health Center.
