Youtuber Syiva Angel Was Arrested In Bali, Police: She Should Be A Drug Ambassador But Showed A Bad Example

Youtuber gaming Syiva Angel aka Syivangel was arrested by the police for drugs

DENPASAR - A gaming YouTuber who is also a selebgram, Syiva Angel or Syivangel was arrested with three of her friends for taking a new type of drug P-Flouro Fori.

"One of the suspects is a celebrity with more than 1 million followers. Why is it a prominent case because she should have been able to become a drug ambassador but showed a bad example instead, she should have made drugs a common enemy but instead she used it," said Denpasar Police Chief Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan at a press conference at the Denpasar Police, Bali, Monday, January 25.

Kombes Jansen said the evidence found was in the form of four tablets and three broken tablets weighing 1.90 grams. Meanwhile, the origin of the evidence for this new type of narcotics is still being investigated.

"We suspect she is on a vacation in Bali (with her friends). Evidence in the form of a new type of narcotics is very dangerous and in the Narcotics Law it is ranked 183rd," he said.

Syiva Angel or syivaangel is charged under Article 112 paragraph (1) RI Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with the threat of a minimum prison sentence of four years and a maximum of 12 years, and a fine of IDR 800 to IDR 8 billion.

The evidence was found in the suspect's room, who was staying at the villa at Jalan Batu Belig, North Kuta, Badung. There is also a motive for the suspects to use narcotics for fun.

"We still label her as a drug addict, we are still investigating the origin of the item, because this item is rare. According to the suspect's narcotics, she obtained those from someone named Bli," said Kombes Jansen.

Based on the suspect's testimony, the item was hers, which was purchased from someone who is usually called Bli (whereabouts unknown), for IDR 650 thousand per item and the suspect had been consuming the narcotics for three months.
