Wife Becomes A TKI, Biological Father Threatens To Use Sajam Perkosa, A 19-Year-Old Child Until Pregnant

SUKABUMI - Women's Protection Unit and Children of the Sukabumi Police Criminal Investigation Unit (PPA Satreskrim) arrested the perpetrator of a middle-aged man raping his biological child at the age of 19 and causing him to get pregnant.

"We have arrested the suspect with the initials S (46) at his house in Nyelempet Village, Girijaya Village, Nagrak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. After we received a report from the victim, who is none other than the biological child of the suspect," said Sukabumi Police Chief AKBP Maruly Pardede in Sukabumi, West Java, Thursday, May 1.

According to information gathered from the police, the victim is the fourth of seven children. This heinous action carried out by S took place from September 2022 to April 2023.

During these eight months, S had been forced to his biological child 11 times, namely five times in the house, five times in the hut/saung and once in public baths. As a result, the victim is pregnant with the suspect's child, whose current gestational age is running for five months.

To investigators, suspect S admitted that he had the heart to commit depraved acts against his biological child because he could not contain his sexual desire because his wife was working abroad as an Indonesian migrant worker.

Meanwhile, the Head of the PPA Unit of the Sukabumi Police Satreskrim, Iptu Bayu Sunarti, said that when the suspect asked for coffee to be made in April 2022, when the victim delivered the coffee order, he was suddenly threatened with a sharp weapon to have sex like a husband and wife.

Under the threat of a sharp weapon, the victim finally agreed to the order of his biological father. It turned out that a similar incident was repeated up to 11 times in three different locations until the victim finally became pregnant with the suspect's child.

To cover his disgrace, the suspect then married the victim to a man in May 2023. After getting married, the victim's husband, who was suspicious of his wife's pregnancy, then persuaded him to admit who had impregnated him.

Finally the victim admitted that she was pregnant by her biological father. Hearing his wife's confession, her husband then asked to report the case to the Nagrak Police, which was later transferred to the Sukabumi Police Satreskrim PPA Unit. Not long after, S was arrested at his home without a fight.

"We are still developing this case and the suspect is already languishing in the Sukabumi Police detention cell for investigation purposes while waiting for the case to be transferred to the Sukabumi District Attorney," he said.

The articles charged to the suspect are Article 46 in conjunction with Article 8 letter (a) of Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence and Articles 285 and 289 of the Criminal Code which carries a minimum imprisonment of four years and a maximum of 15 years and a fine of Rp. 400 million.
