Iriana Jokowi Jamu, Iran's First Lady, At The Bogor Botanical Gardens, Invites To Drink Tea To Show Off Batik

BOGOR - Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo received the arrival of the first lady of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Jamileh Alamolhoda, by showing batik and drinking tea at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, West Java, Tuesday, May 23.

Madam Jamileh arrived at the Bogor Palace at around 10.45 WIB. Mrs. Iriana also welcomed the arrival of Jamileh Alamolhoda at Raasaa Restaurant.

Furthermore, Mrs. Iriana and Madam Jamileh headed to the restaurant yard to have a photo session together. While walking into the restaurant area, Mrs. Iriana introduced the Bogor Botanical Gardens to Madam Jamileh.

After that, Mrs. Iriana invited Madam Jamileh to see a number of batik cloth with Indonesian motifs displayed. Furthermore, Mrs. Iriana and Madam Jamileh headed to the tea banquet together.

While enjoying a tea banquet together, Mrs. Iriana and Madam Jamileh seemed to be talking in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

After the tea banquet, Mrs. Iriana then escorted Madam Jamileh who was about to continue her journey to carry out her next activities.

This visit is the first time President Ebrahim Raisi has made this visit since being sworn in as President of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2021.
