Bekasi Police Have Arrested The Killer Of The Wife Of The Sumpal Meat Meat Bakso Mode

BEKASI - The Bekasi Metropolitan Police arrested a man with the initials RDS (25) for the murder of his wife NAS (27) to disguise the incident with a meatball stamp mode.

Bekasi Metro Police Chief Commissioner Twedi Aditya Bennyahdi said the perpetrator strangled the victim to death due to emotion after a household dispute. The murder was carried out by the perpetrator at his home, Pebayuran Village, Paperari Village, Pebayuran District, Bekasi Regency.

"The victim experienced violence, at first the victim's neck was strangled using his right hand, pushed until the victim fell. Then the left hand of the perpetrator took a pillow and smothered the victim like that for about 10 minutes," said Twedi when revealing the case quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 9.

He explained that the construction of this case began when the victim suddenly got angry because the perpetrator was still sleeping at 06.00 WIB. When the victim was about to go to deliver the child at 07.30 WIB, the perpetrator woke up and immediately took the motorbike key so that the victim could not go out.

The victim then cursed the perpetrator with harsh swearing from outside the house. The perpetrator invited the victim who continued to vent his emotions into the room to speak.

"The perpetrator became annoyed and emotional and then held the neck with his right hand and pushed the victim to lie on the bed," he said.

The perpetrator, who was not satisfied, then put two fingers into the victim's nostrils to ensure his wife was dead even though he was not moving. RDS even disguised the cause of death of his wife as if strangling food.

The perpetrator went out of the house to buy a bowl of meatballs and brought them into the room. Then he cut the meatballs and put them in the victim's throat.

After that, the perpetrator and his son went to Karawang to take the victim's ATM money at 09.00 WIB. The perpetrator only returned home at 10.00 WIB.

RDS then entered the room and pretended to panic while calling the victim's parents and neighbors, as if they did not know what had happened.

"The perpetrator said his wife choked on meatballs, after seeing it, there was indeed meatballs in the victim's throat. Neighbors called the puskesmas to provide first aid but the victim was declared dead," he said.

The victim's family did not just believe the perpetrator's confession. Suspicious after finding irregularities in the cause of the victim's death, they reported this case to the Bekasi Metro Police who then asked the hospital to do a post-mortem and autopsy.

"Based on the results of the medical examination, there were marks of strangulation on the victim's neck. We also asked for information from witnesses who saw the incident. Then based on the results of the interrogation, the perpetrator admitted his actions. He deliberately took the victim's life by strangulation," he said.

The perpetrator is subject to Article 44 Paragraph 3 of Law number 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence along with Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder with a penalty of 15 years in prison.
