SERANG - Mobile Investigation Team (Resmob) The Serang Police Satreskrim managed to apprehend 4 perpetrators from 8 perpetrators of confiscation who claimed to be debt collectors who confiscated a motorbike belonging to Judge Fadilah (26), a resident of Walantaka District, Serang City.

The incident occurred in Cikande Asem, precisely on Jalan Serang-Jakarta, Cikande District, Serang Regency on Thursday, April 27. The perpetrators were arrested in a number of locations in the Tangerang Regency area.

The four suspects are HA alias Beni (28) a resident of Pontang District, Serang Regency, SA alias Bujil (32) a resident of Ciruas District, Serang Regency, RS alias Dado (28) a resident of West Bogor District, Bogor City and DA alias Tempe (40) City District, North Lampung Regency.

In addition to the perpetrators of the confiscation, the Resmob Team also secured DI (40) a resident of Saketi District, Pandeglang Regency as a suspect in dealing with motorbikes resulting from crimes.

Serang Police Chief AKBP Yudha Satria said the five perpetrators were arrested in several locations in the Tangerang Regency area on Wednesday, May 3.

"The suspects HA, SA and RS were arrested in Kadu Pete Village, Pete Village, Cisoka District. Then we again secured the suspect DA in a housing estate that is still in the Cisoka area," said Serang Police Chief AKBP Yudha Satria in a written statement, Friday, May 5.

Yudha added that of the three perpetrators, his party knew that the motorbike that was confiscated on Jalan Cikande was sold to the suspect DI.

"DI was successfully secured at his brother-in-law's house in the Prabu Pesona Cisoka housing estate, then the results of the interrogation of the victim's motorbike were resold to brother IY (DPO)," he added.
