When questioned by police officers, it turned out that the truck driver did not have official documents to transport the oil, so it was finally processed legally.
From that incident, the Lubuk Kilangan Police Force secured a number of evidences from the case, including 13 drums of premium oil and 5 units of tedmon containing 1,000 liters of premium fuel.
Edryan revealed the number of suspects whose party was still one person, namely the SP truck driver (46) who was charged under Article 53 letter b of the Oil and Gas Law.
From the results of the interim examination of the suspect, it was found that the oil was transported from Palembang, South Sumatra. While the destination area is in fact Padang City, and the plan is to demolish it in the Lubuk Buaya area, Koto Tangah District, Padang.
"We still secure evidence for evidence," he said.
