D-4 Lebaran, Homecoming Flow On The Southern Route Of West Java Has Not Showed An Increase

The Supervision Team of the National Police Headquarters said that the flow of homecoming traffic on the southern route of West Java on Tuesday, April 18, or D-4 Lebaran 2023 was still smooth after checking the Cileunyi Security Post, Bandung Regency.

Head of the Sops Supervision Team at the National Police Headquarters Brigadier General Pol. Utomo Heru Cahyono said the number of vehicles had not shown a significant increase until D-4 so that it was confirmed that the situation in the southern route of West Java was still under control. "So far, it is still sloping, orderly, and smooth traffic flow, including conducive crime," said Utomo at the Cileunyi Security Post, Bandung Regency, quoted by ANTARA Tuesday, April 18. However, he ensured that his party had prepared a number of ways of acting (CB) and traffic engineering if the flow in the southern traffic had started to experience congestion. "Maybe travelers can stop at the mosque or go to the restaurant while waiting for the density that is being unraveled," he said.

He appealed to travelers not to linger while resting in the "rest area" located on arterial routes or toll roads. He hopes travelers can maximize their rest time for 10 to 20 minutes. "Right now it's crowded, it is hoped that they won't linger too long to alternate with others," he said.
