TANGERANG - Ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijriah, thousands of people have visited Poris Plawad, Tangerang City to return to their respective hometowns. One of them, Ahmad, a resident from Cipondoh, chose to go home early to his hometown in Wonosobo, Central Java. Because he wanted to avoid traffic jams on his way.

"The reason is that I want to avoid traffic jams, because today I also took a day off from work, it's better to walk now," Ahmad told VOI at Poris Plawad, Tangerang City, Tuesday, April 18.

Ahmad admitted that the ticket purchased at this time had tripled from the previous price. However, he still forced to buy it to meet his father or mother who was in Wonosobo, Central Java.

"Going up, bro, for sure.. definitely. up 3 times. Usually it's only 120-150 thousand. Now for the middle Java route it's IDR 325 thousand per bench. This was bought yesterday, near Eid," he said.

The same thing was said by Yulia Damayanti, who wanted to go home to Wonosobo, Central Java. He said the ticket had increased, but still bought it because there was no other choice.

"Yes, it will definitely go up, mas. What can I do again, it's also called Eid. Want to go home for free, take care of this, so just buy it," said Yulia.

Yulia admitted that she chose to take the bus because she wanted to get comfortable. Because previously, she was riding a motorcycle with her husband, for her it was quite tiring.

"It's been two years ago. Very tired, it keeps for hours and thinks differently, so my husband and I should just take the bus," he concluded.
