MEDAN - A cadre of the Democrat Party reported an unscrupulous lecturer at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra, Prof. YLH, regarding his tweet on Twitter which was deemed insulting to former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).
The Head of Sub-Division of Public Information (Penmas) Polda North Sumatra, AKBP MP Nainggolan confirmed the receipt of the complaint report. The lecturer report was received by personnel from the North Sumatra Police Integrated Service Center (SKPT), Wednesday, January 13.
"Apart from the complaint reports, the cadre of the Democratic Party also brought a number of evidences and gave them to SKPT Polda North Sumatra personnel," said AKBP Nainggolan as quoted by Antara, Thursday, January 14.
Previously, the Chairman of the DPC of the Medan Democrat Party, Burhanuddin Sitepu, Wednesday, reported Prof. YLH to the North Sumatra Regional Police regarding his tweet on Twitter which was deemed to have attacked SBY.
He explained, before reporting on the individual lecturers, the Medan Democrats first collected evidence from several media and discussed them with fellow party cadres.
