JAKARTA - The witness, Anastasia Pretya Amanda or APA (19) has finished undergoing a trial against David Ozora with the defendant AG. APA underwent trial as a witness for an hour. APA's attorney, Enita Adyalaksmita, said that as long as her client was a witness in the trial. Asked only about the Investigation Report (BAP) of the David assault case.

"Amanda has already given, answered all the questions in the trial that were asked, both by the prosecutor, the judge, and from Agnes' lawyer," said Enita to reporters at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, April 4.

"(Sekarang-red) sudah selesai memberikan keterangan. Tadi ada dari jam setengah 10 ya, 1 jam-an ya. Tapi hanya memang seputar dari BAP sajalahlah," sambungnya.

Enita also explained that her client answered the questions asked by the Public Prosecutor (JPU), the Panel of Judges and AG's attorney without any problems.

He continued to explain in accordance with the initial statement of the BAP, namely not as Mario Dandy's whispers.

"As already in the BAP, how come Amanda is not as her whispers at the 7th meeting, it's not like in the BAP, it's just like a statement that didn't change at first," he said.

For information, the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel) has again held a follow-up trial in the case of the persecution of David Ozora with the defendant AG (15). Today's trial is scheduled for witness examination.

Shane Lukas (19), Mario Dandy (20) and Anastasia Pretya Amanda or witness APA (19) will be witnesses in the follow-up trial of defendant AG.

According to VOI monitoring, APA came wearing white clothes, black pants, shoulder bags, black shoes, fans of pink headphones at 09.26 WIB.

Shortly thereafter, Mario and Shane arrived at the South Jakarta District Court by riding a police car at 09.43 WIB.

Both of them wore orange prison clothes with their hands tied with a tis cable (ties). But Mario wore a long-sleeved batik shirt and Shane was wearing a black shirt.
