NasDem Optimistic Bawaslu Decision On Prima Party Lawsuit Has No Effect On 2024 Election Stages

The NasDem Party responded to the decision of the Indonesian Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) which ordered the General Elections Commission (KPU) to carry out administrative verification (vermin) for improvements to the Prima Party as a candidate for the 2024 General Election. Bawaslu assessed that the KPU was legally and convincingly proven to have violated the election administration against the Prima Party so that it had to give 10 days to improve documents before using the Political Party Information System (Sipol). The chairman of the NasDem Party DPP, Willy Aditya, emphasized that his party is optimistic that the Bawaslu decision will not interfere with the 2024 General Election stage which is currently underway at the KPU, let alone delay the election.
