Complete Dossier, AG Will Be Transferred To South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The case file for the perpetrators of AG's child in the case of mistreatment of David Ozora has been declared complete or P21. Thus, Polda Metro Jaya will delegate it AG to the South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari Jaksel) tomorrow, Tuesday, March 21.

"For children who are in conflict with AG's law, this afternoon (the case file) has been P21 by the Prosecutor's Office," said Director of General Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi when confirmed, Monday, March 20.

The case file was declared complete after the research prosecutor examined it. Material and formal elements in the series of cases have been fulfilled.

In addition, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Ade Sofyan, said that from the results of coordination, Polda Metro Jaya investigators would carry out phase two or transfer evidence and suspects on Tuesday, March 21.

Later, AG will be handed over or delegated to the South Jakarta District Attorney.

"It's true today it's P21. Phase 2 is planned to be held tomorrow at the South Jakarta Kejari," said Ade.

In this case, AG was charged with Article 76c in conjunction with Article 80 of the Child Protection Law and/or 355 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 56, subsidiary 354 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code, more than subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code, more than subsidiary 351 paragraph 2 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code.
