DKI Prosecutor's Office Study AG Case Files That Will Hold Early Sessions

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office has received a notification letter file for the start of the investigation (SPDP) Mario Dandy Satrio. Meanwhile, the AG case file is still being studied by his party, because the person concerned is still a minor.

"It is known that currently several SPDPs for the suspects already exist, they have entered us. The SPDP of the perpetrators is in the name of M, AG," said Head of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) Reda Manthovanani to reporters at Mayapada Hospital, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Thursday, March 16, at night.

"And there is already case file A (AG). What will be tried immediately, the file is first, namely A. Why did he do it first? Because he is still a minor. So we use the Child Protection Law because we must protect the child perpetrators by the Child Protection Act," he continued.

Reda stated that the AG case file would be examined for seven days. He targets that the end of March until early April the former has entered stage 2.
