Ismail admitted that his party did not know how the standings process carried out by the DKI Provincial Government, in this case the Regional Owned Enterprise Development Agency (BP BUMD) to Kuncoro to become the boss of Transjakarta. Because, said Ismail, the selection of candidates for the president director who will be appointed at BUMD does not include the DKI Jakarta DPRD in its assessment. As is known, Kuncoro resigned from the position of Director of Transjakarat as of March 13. After resigning from his position, it was revealed that Kuncoro had been prevented from leaving the country since February.
