"The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing, so we invite the public not to neglect implementing health protocols. Likewise with the personnel so that they are not bored to do socialization and remind the public," said Pangdam IX / Udayana Maj. Gen. Maruli Simanjuntak, quoted by Antara, Monday, January 11th.

Maruli said that the Balinese people have been disciplined in running the prokes. Although there are still some people who are still not aware and obedient to implementing health protocols.

The prokes violators consisted of six young men / women who were found not wearing masks. For this reason, these teenagers are given sanctions in the form of warnings and socialization of the importance of the COVID-19 program.

Meanwhile, Kodam IX / Udayana which also involved Korem 163 / Wira Satya and Kodim 1611 / Badung also distributed 1,500 masks to road users passing through Denpasar City.

"It is very important to protect yourself from exposure to COVID-19 and to remember that this virus is invisible to the eye, so it is very vulnerable if you do not apply health programs," he said.
