Police Say Ammar Zoni Has Ordered Methamphetamine 3 Times

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ary revealed that Ammar Zoni had ordered drugs since January 2023. Kombes Ary emphasized that he had ordered the illicit goods three times.

"They have been from January to March 8," Ade told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday. March 10.

Regarding the purpose, Amar Zoni used methamphetamine, said Ade, his party was still investigating. The investigation team still wants to dig up information according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Police arrested the South Jakarta Metro Police arresting Artist Ammar Zoni with two other perpetrators, M (35) and R (37). They were arrested on suspicion of drug abuse of 1,04 grams of methamphetamine.

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ary explained the chronology of the 3rd arrest of the suspect. The incident began with Ammar Zoni who ordered his driver, M to buy the illicit goods on Wednesday, March 8, at 11.00 WIB.

"AZ (Ammar Zoni) transfers using mobile banking on a personal cellphone of Rp. 1.5 million to M to buy methamphetamine," Ade told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday, March 10.

Furthermore, M, who received Rp 1.5 million, immediately went to buy crystal methamphetamine by inviting R to the Boncos Village area, West Jakarta. Upon arrival, at the location, M handed over the Rp 1.5 million.

"Then they bought up 1.5 million in cash, the two suspects got two clear clips containing methamphetamine. The M-Memduian gave RH wages because it was suspected that they knew where they could get this methamphetamine," he said.

"Then the suspect RH bought clear clips of methamphetamine and the two of them M and RH used methamphetamine together in the Boncos area," he continued.

After receiving the illicit goods, M and RH intend to return to deliver orders from Ammar Zoni. However, unfortunately on the way the two were arrested by the police at the East Gate of Ragunan, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, at 19.30 WIB.

Furthermore, in his confession, M, the item currently in him is a deposit from Ammar Zoni.

"Then the officers arrested AZ at his house in the direction of the round, Bogor, West Java," he said.

They are threatened with Article 112 paragraph 1 subsidiary Article 127 paragraph 1 letter A of Law Number 3 of 2009 concerning narcotics.

"The threat is a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years in prison," he concluded.
