Asking For An Ungiven Snack, Office Boy Commits Immorality To 10 Elementary School Students In Karawang

JABAR - Police arrested a steward or office boy of Elementary School (SD) in Karawang Regency, West Java (West Java). The office boy is suspected of committing immoral acts against a number of elementary school students.

"The perpetrator with the initials EES (43) who works as an office boy at elementary school. He conveyed that the perpetrator committed the immoral act after asking for food or snacks. However, the victim, who is still a child, did not give what the office boy asked for.

For this incident, and based on reports from the victim's family, the police from the Karawang Police made arrests based on witness statements and evidence.

During the arrest, the police confiscated evidence in the form of a school uniform and underwear worn by the victim.

To account for his actions, the perpetrator is now being held at the Karawang Police Headquarters detention center.

The perpetrator is subject to Article 82 of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of Perppu Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection into law. The threat is 15 years in prison.
