JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) asks the public to maintain their identity to disguise the purchase of certain assets or become nominees. "From now on, don't use his name to be nominee," said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Pahala Nainggolan to reporters, Monday, March 6. He gave an example of using the name Ahmad Saefudin, who was said to have a black Rubicon and then bought a former Ministry of Finance official Rafael Alun Trisambodo. Pahala said, later residents who live in an alley in the Mampang area can be chased to pay their luxury car tax. This pursuit is easy to do if the one identity system has been implemented. "Like Mr. Ahmad Saefudin, maybe, as soon as his name was called, Rubicon is now being chased by a tax person. You pay taxes, for example, right," he explained. "So for the community once again, the (NIK-NPWP, red) arrangement is better. Be careful when you borrow a name, there are consequences," continued Pahala. Previously, it was revealed that the black Jeep Rubicon used by Mario Dandy, son of Rafael Alun, actually belonged to his uncle. This car was sold by Rafael after he bought it while Ahmad Saefudin who lives in Gang Jati, Mampang, Jakarta. The purchase was then suspected because Ahmad was deemed unable to afford Jeep Rubicon, which could cost up to billions of rupiah. This assessment did not just appear, but there were several reasons, including Ahmad also received direct cash assistance (BLT) from the government. It didn't stop there, Ahmad also worked as an Inafis honorary employee at the National Police Headquarters. However, he is not a member of the Bhayangkara Corps. In fact, the head of the RT where he lives, Kamso Badrudin was shocked when he heard that Saefudin had a Rubicon car. Instead, he accused someone of using the identity and name of the resident.
