JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary (Sekda) Joko Agus Setyono said that his party was considering the option of providing subsidies for the rental of Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB).

Meanwhile, VP Corporate Secretary of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Syachrial Syarief emphasized that the offer for the rental rate for Kampung Susun Bayam which was charged to its prospective occupants, namely the residents of Kampung Bayam, could not be lowered.
Jakpro still charges the rental rate for Kampung Susun Bayam, which is located next to JIS, amounting to Rp615,000 to Rp765,000 per month. Meanwhile, residents of former JIS installments demanded only Rp150,000.
"The tariff is in the range of Rp. 615,000 Rp. 765,000 according to the floor, which refers to the Regulation of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province Number 55 of 2018 concerning Adjustment of Housing Service Retribution Tariffs. So, the tariff issue should not be a problem," said Syachrial in his statement, Wednesday, February 22.
