PKB Legislator Disrupts The Case Of Violence David, Perpetrator Mario Dandy Can Be Charged With The Murder Experiments

JAKARTA - Member of Commission III of the DPR from the PKB faction, Jazilul Fawaid, highlighted the case of abuse by a son of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), Mario Dandy Satrio (20), to a student who is also the son of the GP Ansor management, David (17), and lay in a coma in the hospital. "What was the difference between him until his humanity disappeared, beating and molesting a child who had been lying helpless," Jazilul told reporters, Friday, February 24. The East Java electoral district legislator then advised the police who handled the investigation of the case so that Mario Dandy Satrio (MDS) was charged with multiple articles. Including the article on attempted murder if the evidence is fulfilled. "The suspect can be charged with multiple articles, violence against children, severe abuse and even attempted murder," said Jazilul. "We entrust the investigator to thoroughly investigate this case. If there is evidence that the element of attempted murder is fulfilled, it can be charged with this article," he continued. It is known that Mario Dandy Satrio (MDS) has been named a suspect for the abuse of David. Now Mario Dandy Satrio has been detained by the police. "The MDS suspect has been detained," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi in a statement to reporters, Wednesday, February 22. Meanwhile, the police have not been able to ask for information from victim David, considering his condition is still being treated at the hospital. "The victim still cannot be questioned because he is still being treated at the hospital," he added.
