Thus, Irfan Widyanto's action in taking the CCTV DVR is considered to have violated the criminal element. "So the sub-element is deliberately fulfilled and proven," said Chief Judge Afrizal. Irfan Widyanto in the obstruction of justice case played a role in taking CCTV DVR at the security post of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.
