The South Jakarta Metro Police are still investigating Mario Dandy Satrio (20), the son of a South Jakarta Directorate General of Taxes who abused David (17), a minor student at Pesanggrahan. South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Ary revealed, Dandy had asked David to meet to solve the problem, but David refused. Until finally David met with Dandy after being asked to come by his ex-girlfriend, A. David was framed?

The abuse case started when A, a woman who was called David's ex-girlfriend. A complained to Dandy that he was being treated badly by David. Dandy, who heard A's complaint, immediately wanted to meet David to solve the problem.

The police chief said that the victim David had refused to meet Dandy. But A tried to figure out how the two met. It was stated that A contacted David instead of wanting to return the student card. David also followed his ex-girlfriend's request.

"Then the suspect using his vehicle with witness A and witness S came to the victim who was at his friend's house," Ade told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, February 22.

Ade also said that A and his colleague with the initials S, came to David who was at R.'s house at that time but David didn't want to leave the house because he saw Dandy.

"The victim did not want to leave. Then the suspect also communicated with the victim. Finally the victim came out towards Mr. R's house," he said

After meeting, Dandy and David had an argument that led to repeated beatings. In fact, the victim also got a kick from the perpetrator.

"Through hitting the victim repeatedly using the perpetrator's right hand. Then when the victim had fallen, the perpetrator kicked the victim's head. Then kicked the victim in the stomach," he said.

Seeing the quarrel that led to persecution, the owner of the house who was also the parent of his friend immediately intervened. But at that time, David's position had fallen because he was persecuted by Dandy.

"R's parents ( David's friends) immediately went and intervened and then took D (David) to Medika Permata Hijau Hospital with the help of complex security," he said.

The perpetrators were then secured by a complex and officers from the Pesanggrahan Police. The perpetrator was then taken to the Pesanggrahan Police.

Dandy is the son of one of the regional office officials of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), South Jakarta who has become a suspect. He was charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

It is known that the persecution took place at the Grand Permata Ulujami Pesanggrahan Complex, South Jakarta, Monday night, February 20.
