Ferdy Sambo To Strong Ma'ruf Becomes A Witness At The Bharada E KKEP Session

JAKARTA - The National Police's Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial for alleged violators Richard totaling alias Bharada E will present eight witnesses. "However, the information they provide will be read out in the code of ethics trial," continued Ramadhan. Meanwhile, for the other five witnesses, namely, Kombes Murbani Budi Pitono, Iptu Januar Arifin, AKP Dyah Candrawathi, Ipda S, and AM. Of the five witnesses, three of them were also unable to attend. They are said to be sick so they cannot provide direct information. Therefore, their statements will also be read out by the court apparatus which will later be taken into consideration for the Chairperson of the Session Commission. "So both the first three people and two people are sick, so there are 5, all the statements are written and read out in front of the KKEP trial," said Ramadhan. Bharada E was found guilty in the premeditated murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J. Thus, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months. In fact, the verdict of the panel of judges has been signed or has permanent legal force. This is because the public prosecutor's camp and Bharada E did not file an appeal.
