JAKARTA - The police said that they would examine a number of experts in the case of the video nasty Gisella Anastasia with Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD). Expert examination is carried out to complete the investigation file.

"While waiting for us to complete the case files, while completing other evidence. We are also scheduling the examination of several more expert witnesses including ITE expert witnesses, pornography experts, and other criminal experts," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus told reporters on Wednesday, January 6.

After the examination, the investigator will conduct a pekara title. Later, investigators will decide about the detention of the suspects.

Previously, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) was examined on January 5. After being questioned, the man known as Nobu apologized to all parties for his actions.

"For the things that have happened so far, I'm really sorry, I really apologize to all Indonesian people, to my family, to the parties involved, I apologize for all of that," he said.

Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) and Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel were named as suspects in a pornographic video case, on December 29. Determination of the suspect after the two admitted that the cast in the video was them.

In this case, investigators used Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law Number 44 Year 2008 concerning Pornography to suspect the two suspects.
