According to him, the purpose of inviting related agencies to hear transparent explanations is whatever the reason the local government no longer allocates BOSDA funds to madrasas or other schools under the Ministry of Religion. "If it is not from the regions but from the center there is a budget post, it can be used to finance school activities from ministry assistance," said Abdul Asis. But on the other hand, if there is no allocation of funds from the ministry as well, it will be a note for the DPRD to continue to find solutions for students who not only attend the Ministry of Education but also the Ministry of Religion, both for Islamic and Christian schools. "BOSDA is no longer given to Madrasahs and in principle, if there is no prohibition then it should not be an excuse to stop it," he said. Unless there is a clear and firm prohibition, either from the Ministry of Finance or the Ministry of Religion itself as a vertical agency, it can be considered not to budget. In 2013, there was a Ministry of Home Affairs policy regarding the policy of restricting the APBD in the form of grants or social assistance to religious schools under the Ministry of Religion.
