Students At Kalideres Badok School Friends Because They Are Close To Their Boyfriend

The Kalideres Police have arrested a male student with the initials MY (15) for injuring his victim with a sharp weapon. MY had slashed YSE (15) helplessly, and lay covered in blood on the side of Rawa Pegadungan Street, Kalideres, West Jakarta.

Kalideres Police Chief AKP Syafri Wasdar said the incident began when the victim came home from school and was carried by his friend. Arriving at the scene, the perpetrator with the initials MY who was also riding with his friend suddenly slashed the victim from behind using a sharp weapon.

After slashing the victim, the perpetrator immediately fled using a motorcycle.

"The motive was that the perpetrator was jealous because he saw his girlfriend close to the victim," said AKP Syafri Wasdar when confirmed, Monday, February 13.

The victim, who suffered a stab wound to his back, then reported it to the Kalideres Police.

After receiving the report, the police immediately examined CCTV footage at the scene and a number of eyewitnesses. As a result, the perpetrator could be arrested.

However, after undergoing a series of examinations, the victim and the perpetrator agreed to make peace. The victim's family has forgiven the perpetrator's actions which resulted in serious injuries. The victim also stated that they did not file a criminal charge against the perpetrator and did not forward this case to court.

"The victim has withdrawn the police report he has made. Even so, MY perpetrators are required to follow the guidance and supervision program at the West Jakarta Class I Correctional Center, for 6 (six) months," he said.
