JAKARTA - Yosua Hutabarat's mother alias Brigadier J, Rosita Simanjuntak hopes that the punishments that will be given to Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati will be in accordance with their respective roles and involvement.

The husband and wife will undergo a verdict, aka a verdict in the alleged murder case of Brigadier J today.

"Let the legal verdict be later than the judge, hopefully get a sentence, which is the appropriate punishment," Rosti told reporters at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, February 13.

Rosti also expressed disappointment with the public prosecutor (JPU), especially regarding the demands against Putri Candrawathi.

Ferdy Sambo's wife was only sentenced to 8 years. In fact, according to Rosti, Putri Candrawathi is one of the actors behind the murder of Rosti's biological child.

"The PC here is given by the prosecutor, namely the 8-year demands, that as a family, especially as a mother of the late Yosua, is very disappointed and very sad, it has caused very deep wounds," he said.

"Because my son's life has been taken away viciously and barbaricly, then again led by opinions and extraordinary slander. So here Putri Candrawathi is the trigger or culprit for this premeditated murder, she knows all the consequences of this premeditated murder," continued Rosti.

In this series of cases, Ferdy Sambo was sentenced to life in prison for being the mastermind or intellectual actor of premeditated murder against Brigadier J.

The former Head of Propam Division is said to have planned the murder of Brigadier J while at Saguling's house, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

In fact, Ferdy Sambo made a scenario for the police to shoot the police so that the actual murder incident was not known to others.

Meanwhile, Putri Candrawathi was sentenced to eight years in prison. She is considered to follow and support the scenario made by her husband, Ferdy Sambo.

In addition, Putri Candrawathi is also said to have acted as the party that brought Brigadier J to the official residence of the Police complex, Duren Tiga or the location of the execution.

The trick, Putri asked Brigadier J to go to the official residence on the grounds of isolation because they had just arrived in Jakarta from Magelang.

In the prosecutor's demands, both of them were deemed to have fulfilled the elements of Article 340 in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
