Ferdy Sambo-Putri Candrawathi Implemented Today's Sentence Session

JAKARTA - The former Head of the Propam Police Division, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi underwent a verdict, aka a verdict in the alleged murder case of Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J today.

Based on the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) website of the South Jakarta District Court, the trial of the two defendants was held in turns in the main courtroom of Oemar Seno Adji which began at 09.30 WIB.

"Today is the agenda for the verdict for the defendants FS and PC," said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer, Djumyanto when confirmed, Monday, February 13.

In this series of cases, Ferdy Sambo was sentenced to life in prison for being the mastermind or intellectual actor of premeditated murder against Brigadier J.

The former Head of Propam Division is said to have planned the murder of Brigadier J while at Saguling's house, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

Meanwhile, Putri Candrawathi was sentenced to eight years in prison. She is considered to follow and support the scenario made by her husband, Ferdy Sambo.

In addition, Putri Candrawathi is also said to have acted as the party that brought Brigadier J to the official residence of the Police complex, Duren Tiga or the location of the execution.

The trick, Putri asked Brigadier J to go to the official residence on the grounds of isolation because they had just arrived in Jakarta from Magelang.

In the prosecutor's demands, both of them were deemed to have fulfilled the elements of Article 340 in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
