DKI Held Traffic Engineering At Patung Kuda - HI Roundabout For MRT Project

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency is engineering traffic in the Patung Kuda area to the Hotel Indonesia (HI) Roundabout in connection with the Phase Two MRT project CP-201 segment which connects the HI-Simpang Harmoni Roundabout Station.

"Work starts from February 12 to June 15, 2023," said Head of the DKI Transportation Agency Syafrin Liputo as reported by ANTARA, Friday, February 10.

The type of work carried out includes improving soil stability, dividing wall work for the construction of the west-south diaphragm wall, and work for soil reinforcement.

During the work, traffic diversions will be carried out, namely:

a. Traffic from the east of Kebon Sirih Street heading west, namely Tanah Abang, which originally crossed the intersection of Kebon Sirih Street-MH Thamrin Street Tugu Jam, was diverted to turn left and turn around at the Hotel Indonesia roundabout.

b. Traffic from the east of Medan Merdeka Selatan Street which will head west, namely Tanah Abang, which originally crossed the intersection of Kebon Sirih Street-MH Thamrin Street Tugu Jam, was diverted via Budi Kemuliaan Street-Abdul Muis Street and so on.

c. Traffic from the east of KH Wahid Hasyim Street which will head towards Tanah Abang or west, which previously crossed the intersection of Kebon Sirih Street-MH Thamrin Street Tugu Jam, was diverted straight through Wahid Hasyim Street and so on.

d. Traffic from the south direction of H Agus Salim Street which will head west or Tanah Abang which originally crossed the intersection of Kebon Sirih Street-MH Thamrin Street Tugu Jam was diverted to turn left via Wahid Hasyim Street and so on.

e. The 5M TransJakarta route, namely the Kampung Melayu-Tanah Abang Terminal, which originally crossed the Kebon Sirih Street-MH Thamrin Street Tugu Jam junction, was diverted via Budi Kemuliaan Street-Abdul Muis Street and so on.

f. The 1R TransJakarta route, namely the Senen-Tanah Abang Terminal, that originally crossed the intersection of Kebon Sirih Street-MH Thamrin Street Tugu Jam, was diverted via Budi Kemuliaan Street-Abdul Muis Street and so on.
