The DPRD Has Not Yet Received The Request For Withdrawal Of The DKI Provincial Government's Raperda ERP

Chairman of the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Pantas Nainggolan, admitted that his party had not received a request for withdrawal of the Draft Regional Regulation (RAPERda) on Electronic Traffic Control (PL2SE). The Raperda PL2SE is a regulation that regulates the implementation of a paid road system or electronic road pricing (ERP). The DKI Transportation Agency plans to withdraw the Raperda PL2SE from the 2023 regional regulation formation program (propemperda). "There has been no request for an official Raperda withdrawal," Pantas said when contacted, Thursday, February 9. It is appropriate to say that if the DKI Provincial Government later proposes a Raperda PL2SE through a letter submitted by the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono, Bapemperda of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, it will follow up with discussion of joint reviews. "The PL2SE Raperda can be returned to the executive and there are rules. The Raperda can be revoked after being appointed in a plenary meeting. The handover is in the plenary session, so it ends with a plenary session," he said. Syafrin finally admitted that he would propose a withdrawal from his party to withdraw the Raperda P2LSE from the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI DPRD. Thus, the Raperda P2LSE will not be included in the discussion agenda this year.
