JAKARTA - A number of policies of the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, are considered to have a positive impact on improving the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Sukabumi Youth Leader Ikram Askari said Erick Thohir's great concern for MSMEs had a positive impact. One of them makes the sustainability of MSMEs maintained until now.

"Pak Erick Thohir has also helped the Indonesian people a lot, in funding and assistance for MSME players throughout Indonesia," said Ikram, Sunday, February 5.

According to him, this condition has made a real work in the era of Erick Thohir's leadership at the Ministry of SOEs. Especially in encouraging an increase in the standard of daily life of the community.

For example, such as by issuing a funding program for micro and small enterprises (PUMK) of up to IDR 250 million. Provisions stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of SOEs Number PER-6/MBU/09/2022.

"Through this, of course Mr. Erick Thohir is able to improve the welfare of the community," said Ikram explaining.

Furthermore, Ikram added that the presence of this policy further strengthens public support for Erick Thohir to run in the 2024 presidential election. The number one person in the Ministry of SOEs is considered a figure who is able to create a lot of great progress.
