Dito Mahendra Was Questioned By The KPK Regarding The Sale And Disbursement Of Revenues From Case Handling Bribe

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is questioning the lover of singer Nindy Ayunda, Dito Mahendra regarding buying and selling money which is suspected to have come from bribery in handling cases received by former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Nurhadi.

This was conveyed by the Head of the KPK News Section, Ali Fikri. There were several confirmed assets in Dito who were present as witnesses today.

"What is being investigated from this witness is, among other things, related to the knowledge of this witness regarding the alleged flow of funds or money which is certainly related to the suspect NHD et al," Ali told reporters at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, February 6.

One of the things investigated by investigators was the ownership of luxury cars. However, Ali did not want to go into details regarding the results of this examination.

He ensured that all information submitted by Dito in front of investigators had been recorded in the investigation report (BAP).

"Later it will be opened at trial," said Ali.

Meanwhile, Dito remained silent after being questioned by investigators for five hours. He chose to take a thousand steps when asked about his examination by reporters.

For information, investigators focus on investigating Nurhadi's alleged money laundering. The former Supreme Court secretary is suspected of diverting bribes and gratuities he received into assets.

This alleged money laundering is actually not Nurhadi's first case at the KPK. He had previously been sentenced to be found guilty in a bribery and gratification case with his son-in-law, Rezky Herbiyono.

Both of them have now served their sentences at the Sukamiskin Penitentiary (Lapas) for six years.

Not only that, they are required to pay a fine of Rp. 500 million, provided that if they are not paid, they will be replaced with imprisonment for three months.
