JAKARTA - The kidnapping almost took place in the Cakung area, East Jakarta, Friday, February 3. The victim is a 5th grade student at SDN Pulogebang 11, the incident occurred when the victim walked to his school.

The perpetrator carried out the action by luring him to play games on the perpetrator's cellphone. The victim had refused, but was forced by the perpetrator.

"When I passed the highway near Al-Azhar, people were asked to play cellphones. He called to ask him to play his cellphone (owned)," said the victim in a video recording, Friday, February 3.

According to the victim, the perpetrator in his action used a black car. A perpetrator got out of the car and persuaded the victim to play the game on the perpetrator's cellphone.

"Eh suddenly the person forced him to get into the car. I wanted to, eh, the person was still forced. Finally I ran away," he said.

Seeing the target of running for safety, the perpetrator tried to chase the victim. Luckily, the victim managed to escape the perpetrator's pursuit.

"The person was chasing, eh, he's been chasing him for a long time.jar until that, what are you," said the victim while thinking about the exact location the perpetrator chased him.

The victim explained that the perpetrator chased himself by running. At the time of the incident, no other residents passed by the location. The victim met the perpetrator near the 2000 Eramas housing estate.

"Meeted him near the reading (housing) of Eramas 2000," he said.

According to the victim, a group of 5 perpetrators used cars. "He got out of the car, his car was parked in Eramas in the color of the item. Inside is a large person - large body," he added.

Meanwhile, Kasatlak Education Cakung, Abib confirmed that there were reports of attempted kidnappings that almost happened to an elementary school student.

"(The victim) was able to run into the alley in front of the Mayor's (office), attempted kidnapping. 5th grade elementary school student victims. To anticipate, we will increase our students, guard and secure them," he said.
