A gang of sharp armed robbers acting in a durian shop on Jalan Arterial Pondok Indah, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta was caught on CCTV. The perpetrators numbered two people wearing helmets. It appears that one of the perpetrators took out a sharp weapon type sickle.

Contacted separately by victims of the robbery, Yogi Pamungkas (37) said the incident occurred on Wednesday, February 1, at around 20.35 WIB.

At the time of the incident, all employees had returned to their respective homes. He lives alone in the durian shop.

"All the employees came home at 19.00 because they were finished. I'm still waiting, there's a package to come, a courier," said Yogi when confirmed, Friday, February 3.

Yogi continued, suddenly two unknown people came cursing his vehicle in front of his shop. According to Yogi, his movements were suspicious, he pretended to repair his vehicle.

"Pretend to fix the motorbike or something here, it looks like something is damaged. After that, 15 to 20 minutes later the person came asking for an address. It's illogical for him to ask for Pondok Indah's address, while he also came from that direction, from the direction of Pondok Indah," he said.

"Yes, it's positive thinking, tell me where the address is. After that, it didn't take long to immediately remove the sickle, enter the motorbike keys and take the cellphone," he continued.

Knowing that the perpetrator took the cellphone, Yogi immediately took it back. The perpetrator threatened again by asking for a motorcycle key.

After negotiating, the victim finally handed over Rp. 300 thousand, so that the perpetrator immediately left the location.

"I fought back for the cellphone because it was for work needs, whether I wanted to do it or not, it was explained that this was indeed for work and there was no (HP) anymore. Then lastly, I asked for the key to the motorbike, I lured it with cash only," he said.

After being given some money, the two perpetrators left the scene. He revealed that even though the money had been confiscated, Yogi did not experience physical violence.

"Physical touch doesn't exist, it's just that the sickle is constantly threatening," he concluded.
