The Candrawathi Putri Kubu Menying Sarkasme To Prosecutors: Replik 28 Courtyards Full Of Emotional Sentences

The defendant Putri Candrawati's camp sneered at the replica against her client which was prepared by the public prosecutor (JPU). The replica was judged to contain only emotional sentences and seemed to be lost to the facts of the trial which denied Putri's direct involvement in the premeditated murder of Joshua alias Brigadier J.

Cibiran was conveyed by Putri Candrawathi's legal adviser, Arman Hanis while reading the duplicate at the trial which took place at the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Thursday, February 2.

"The public prosecutor's efforts to respond to a 955-page memorandum of defense with only 28 pages of replicas full of emotional sentences seem to be lost in the jungle of facts and arguments," said Arman.

Cibiran continued when Arman said that when the prosecutor denied all of Putri Candrawathi's defendership, she showed her fragility in the evidence of her indictment.

In fact, a sarcastic sentence appears when the prosecutor is said to have made maximum efforts even though he was involved in a fragile process of proof during the trial.

"However, we still appreciate the efforts that seem to have been carried out by the public prosecutor optimally," said Arman.

Then, Ferdy Sambo's wife's camp also considered that the prosecutor's replica was not in accordance with the facts of the trial. Because, the contents actually contain attacks on the legal advisory team.

"However, in reality the replica is full of clich words and attacks on the advocate profession," said Arman.

For information, in this case, the prosecutor assessed that Putri Candrawathi fulfilled the elements of Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code. This is because Ferdy Sambo's wife was involved in the series of premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

His involvement helped with planning and led Brigadier J to the execution site which is Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

Thus, the prosecutor charged Putri Candrawathi with imprisonment for 8 years.
