Singapore Holds Youth Planned For Mosque Serang And Intentions ToAKE 'Singnafura Islamic State'

JAKARTA - An 18-year-old Singaporean student whose declaration of support for the Islamic State has been detained under the Homeland Security Act (ISA). The young man has also drawn up plans to attack army camps and graves at a mosque.

He claims that the action symbolizes the start of his own caliphate, which he named S Singhafura Islamic State.

On the same day, he uploaded a flag image on his social media accounts, encouraging others to join his caliphate. In October, he was confident in ISIS legitimacy and decided to go abroad to commit armed violence.

According to SSD, Irfan devised a plan to stab and kill kaum infidels' in dark alleys. Then steal their personal belongings for their terrorist forces. In his view, including non-Muslims, Shiites Muslims and Sufi Muslims.

Irfan also has aspirational plans to carry out a mass attack on Amoy Quee Camp in Ang Mo Kio, where the National Cadet Corps is headquarters.

Inspired by the car bomb video carried out by the Islamic State group, Irfan wants to recruit a suicide bomber who will launch an attack on the camp gates.

SSD said he intended to lead his troops to attack the remaining guards at the gates using simple weapons such as axes and knives, and steal firearms from the guard post.

Another plan that Irfan is considering is a bomb attack in the Habib Noh Palace, a grave at the Muhammad Salleh Hajj Mosque, which he said was no Islami.

Irfan has downloaded the bomb-making manual online, intending to make homemade explosives to level the graves.
