Chairman of the NasDem Party, Surya Paloh, visited the General Chair of the Golkar Party, Airlangga Hartarto, at the Golkar DPP office, Slipi, West Jakarta. Surya Paloh came with the Secretary General of NasDem Johnny G Plate and other elites at around 11.00 WIB. His arrival was greeted directly by Airlangga and the Secretary General of Golkar Lodewijk F Paulus. Airlangga said Surya's visit to his office today was a retaliatory visit when Golkar visited NasDem Tower some time ago. He said this was the first time Surya Paloh had set foot at the banyan headquarters after the COVID-19 pandemic hit the country. "Of course this is a follow-up relationship after the Golkar party came to the NasDem party. So this is the first time Pak Surya Paloh has visited the Golkar party after COVID-19," said Airlangga at the Golkar DPP office, Slipi, West Jakarta, Wednesday, February 1. The Coordinating Minister for the Economy revealed that he would discuss the relationship and position of the Golkar Party and NasDem. Moreover, he said, NasDem has a history with the Golkar Party. "Silaturahmi will continue because most of the NasDem parties are also alumni using Golkar," said Airlangga. Regarding the coalition, Airlangga did not want to reveal it. However, he ensured that one of the discussions would lead to this. "We'll discuss it later," he said. Meanwhile, the Head of NasDem Surya Paloh did not talk much about this afternoon's meeting.
