During The Code Of Ethics Session At Polda Metro Jaya, Bripka HK Was Sentenced To PTDH On The Domestic Violence Case

JAKARTA - Members of the Pondok Aren Police, Bripka HK have been officially decided to Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH), after undergoing a second code of ethics trial at Polda Metro Jaya. This was also said directly by Imelda Sinambela's attorney, Tris Haryanto.

It is known that the member of the Pondok Aren Police was reported by his wife, Imelda Sinambela to the Propam Polda Metro Jaya for acts of domestic violence (KDRT) Psikis.

"Today, Tuesday, January 31, 2023, Bripka HK has been tried again on reports and/or complaints from my client regarding the psychological domestic violence and the decision is PTDH," Tris said in a short message, Tuesday, January 31.

Tris also said that Bripka HK was given three days to appeal the decision.

Bripka HK is given 3 days to appeal if objections to the decision and 21 days are given time to file a memorandum of appeal," he said.

Furthermore, he hopes that the appeal made by Bripka HK can be rejected by the Panel of Judges. This is because the member of the Pondok Aren police has tarnished the Polri institution.

"Hopefully the appeal will not be accepted because Bripka HK in this matter has tarnished the good name of the National Police itself and the Police must be firm in imposing sanctions," he concluded.

Previously, it was reported that a member of the Pondok Aren Police, Bripka HK was officially named a suspect for the crime of Domestic Violence (KDRT) Psychis against his wife Imelda Sinambela.

Based on the Notification of Investigation Results (SP2HP) from the Criminal Investigation Unit, Imelda Sinambela's attorney, Tris Haryanto, who said that Bripka HK had not been named a suspect.

"Bripka HK has been designated and examined as TSK, then investigators will immediately file and Phase I to the Banten High Prosecutor's Office," he said.
