JAKARTA - Audi A8 driver, Sugeng Guruh Gautama Legiman, still admits that he did not run over the female student of Suryakancana (Unsur) Cianjur, Selvi Amalia Nuraeni. Although, at this time he has been named a suspect and detained.

"There are several statements of the suspect that are not in accordance with the evidence, statements of witnesses, and the results of the forensic team's examination," said Cianjur Police Chief AKBP Doni Hermawan when confirmed, Monday, January 30.

However, it was not detailed about what the Audi A8 driver denied or did not admit. Doni only stated that later all the results of the investigation would be opened in the trial stage.

"Regarding the contents of the examination report, it will be opened in court," said Doni.
