Apes! Have The SAME Name As The KPK Suspect, Ilham Bird Trader Account Wahyudi Blocked

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the bird seller's account in Pamekasan, Ilham Wahyudi, was blocked because he had the same name as the suspected bribery of grant funds in the East Java Provincial Government (Pemprov). The blocking occurred due to bank error. This was conveyed by the Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri in response to Ilham Wahyudi's protest which found his account blocked. In fact, he was not involved in the case investigated by the anti-corruption commission. "The information we obtained, the name and date of the person concerned happened to be the same as the name of the KPK suspect who submitted a request for blocking. The difference data is at his address," Ali said in a written statement, Friday, January 27. Ali said, the name of the bird seller was similar to that of the suspect in the bribery case of a grant fund which is the Coordinator of Pokmas Field, Ilham Wahyudi. The KPK has protested to the bank. "The bank will convey it to its customers regarding the mistake," he said. The KPK ensures that the error is not in his hands. All data has been submitted to the bank without any mistakes. Ali also explained that blocking of suspect accounts is usually carried out for investigation purposes. All processes carried out by the KPK are in accordance with applicable regulations. "And the KPK does as legal procedures apply, including complete data on parties requested to block," he said. In this case, the KPK named four suspects in the case of alleged bribery of community group grant funds disbursed through East Java APBD funds. They are Deputy Chairman of the East Java DPRD Sahat Tua P Simandjuntak; Sahat expert staff, Rusdi; Head of Jelgung Village, Abdul Hamid; and the Field Coordinator of Pokmas, Ilham Wahyudi. Sahat allegedly offered assistance to facilitate the proposal for grant funds, which in total reached Rp7.8 trillion. This provision is intended for agencies, institutions, community organizations in the East Java Provincial Government. The KPK suspects that Sahat's acceptance has been carried out since 2021 and continues until 2022 and then is willing to help for 2023 and 2024. The money received by the Golkar Party politician is suspected to have reached Rp5 billion.
