Bharada E Who Wants To Read Pledoi Gets Support From The Mobile Brigade Corps

JAKARTA - Dozens of Brimob members were present in person to witness the trial of reading a memorandum of defense from Richard totaling alias Bharada E at the South Jakarta District Court. They are compatriots of Bharada E.

Dozens of Brimob members were seen wearing black shirts with the logo reading 'Bharapana Anniversary 3rd'.

One of Bharada E's colleagues, Iqbal Fauzi, expressed his disappointment at the demand for 12 years in prison from the public prosecutor (JPU). The reason is that Bharada E has conveyed honesty.

Moreover, Bharada E only carried out orders that he could not possibly refuse. This is because there is a difference in the hierarchy of very far ranks with Ferdy Sambo.

"In my opinion, it is not appropriate for him to have done honesty because honesty above all times of honesty has no price," Iqbal told reporters at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, January 25.

Iqbal and all his colleagues hope that the panel of judges who tried the case will decide that Bharada E is acquitted of all charges and demands.

So, Bharada E can return to duty with the Brimob unit.

"We let Bharada E, from Bhapanana Nusantara, come here for Icad to release if he can join us again," said Iqbal.

In the trial of the prosecution last week, Bharada E is believed to have committed a criminal act of premeditated murder. Thus, the public prosecutor (JPU) charged him with imprisonment of 12 years.

The reason behind the demands was because Bharada E was the executor of the shooting of Brigadier J at the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, July 8.

In addition, Bharada E also did not refuse orders to shoot from Ferdy Sambo. In fact, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR was originally asked for the first time to refuse.

Thus, Bharada E is believed to have violated Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
