It Was Stated That Bharada E And Putri Candrawathi Will Defend Today

JAKARTA - Defendant Richard totaling alias Bharada E and Putri Candrawathi will read out a memorandum of defense or plea at today's trial, Wednesday, January 25. Both were charged with guilt in the alleged murder case of Yosua alias Brigadier J.

"Yes, that's right, today is the trial for the defense of the defendants Richard and Putri Candrawati," said Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, January 25.

In last week's trial, Bharada E was believed to have committed a premeditated murder. Thus, the public prosecutor (JPU) charged him with 12 years in prison.

The reason behind the demands was because Bharada E was the executor of the shooting of Brigadier J at the official residence of the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, July 8.

In addition, Bharada E also did not refuse orders to shoot from Ferdy Sambo. In fact, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR was originally asked for the first time to refuse.

Meanwhile, Putri Candrawathi was sentenced to 8 years in prison. The prosecutor considered Ferdy Sambo's wife to help plan the murder of Brigadier J.

Then, the prosecutor also believed that the sexual harassment experienced by Putri Candrawathi was just a lie. Because, found several irregularities during the trial process.

The first oddity. Putri Candrawathi still invited Brigadier J to isolate in Duren Tiga after returning from Magelang. In fact, her husband's aide was accused of being the perpetrator of harassment and even slamming Putri to the floor.

"The existence of irregularities or rape was actually invited to go again for self-isolation in the same place as the perpetrators of sexual violence," said the prosecutor.

When inviting self-isolation, Putri Candrawathi did not experience trauma or fear as a victim of harassment by Brigadier J.

There are also other irregularities, namely Ferdy Sambo's indifferent attitude. When he heard the news about the harassment, the former Head of the Propam Division did not take certain steps, such as allowing Putri Candrawathi to go home with Brigadier J.

"In addition, where the husband of a victim of sexual violence or rape does not even mind and seems normal and indifferent, such as no sexual violence or rape against the defendant Putri Candrawathi, who is none other than her first wife and love," said the prosecutor.

"Because Ferdy Sambo's brother prevented or tried to keep his wife a victim of sexual violence or rape as referred to by the defendant Putri Candrawati," he continued.

In fact, Ferdy Sambo still intends to play badminton along with other Polri officials in Depok, West Java.

"This is in accordance with the testimony of witness Adzan Romer, witness Prayogi, witness Daden, witness Chuck Outranto who in the trial explained that Ferdy Sambo's brother before going to Duren Tiga 46's house had the intention to play badminton in Depok," said the prosecutor.
