DKI Provincial Government Makes It Easier To Manage Land Certificates Through The SiAmanah System

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) has launched an online land certification system in the Land Asset Security Application Information System or SiAmanah. Head of BPAD DKI Jakarta M. Reza Pahlevi explained that changes to the process of land certification from manual to system-based were carried out to facilitate the proposal for integrated certification in the Jakarta One application belonging to the DKI Jakarta Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Office. "This “System was created to provide convenience for the process of submitting certification of land assets, so that it is no longer manual. We hope that with existing systems, convenience and good cooperation, God willing, regional assets are protected as a form of legal security,” Reza said in his statement, Sunday, January 22. Reza said that the DKI Jakarta BPAD in collaboration with the licensed surveyor service office (KJSB) had started to make measurements for the certification of land owned by the tourism government since January 2, 2022. "“BPAD in collaboration with KJSB has begun to make measurements for the certification of 4,000 plots of land, including the mayor's office and the sub-district office. This certification will continue to be accelerated," he said. For its implementation, BPAD has conducted socialization with participants, including the scope of the Education Office including schools, Health Offices including health centers and hospitals, to the District and Sub-District Offices, which are priority targets for certification in 2023. In this socialization, the ranks of Regional Apparatus and Regional Apparatus Units can find out the procedures for input into the SiAmanah system, starting from the flow, steps, to the stages that must be done regarding the use of the system.
