What Was The Mistake Of Gisel, The Perverted Video Suspect?

JAKARTA - Artist Gisella Anastasia (Gisel) is a suspect in a video nasty case. Together with Michael Yukinobu De Fretes, the male actor in the perverted video, Gisel was charged with the Pornography Law.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said that Gisel and Michael were accused by Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law number 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.

Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Pornography Law regulates the prohibition of producing, making, reproducing, duplicating, disseminating, broadcasting, importing, exporting, offering, trading, renting, or providing pornography which explicitly contains:

intercourse, including sex that is deviant; sexual violence; masturbation or masturbation; nudity or displays of nudity; genitals; or child pornography

Judging by this article, what was the mistake of the Indonesian Idol finalists in the case of nasty videos? Police previously said Gisel shot a perverted video for personal documentation.

When contacted by VOI, Yusri explained that Gisel deliberately recorded and sent a nasty video that was carried out at a hotel in Medan in 2017 to Michael Yukinobu De Fretes.

According to Yusri, the nasty video recorded by Gisel was sent or distributed via AirDrop, a message management application on Apple devices.

"Why should we make his coworker a suspect? Because he did not immediately delete it. His confession a week after being sent was then deleted. So there is an omission," said Yusri.

However, it is still being explored how the nasty video of Gisel and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes spread. What is certain is that before Gisel and MYD became suspects, the police first identified two suspects with the initials PP and NN who spread nasty videos that made a scene in cyberspace.

"So at this time we are still exploring the question of why it spread, because he (Gisel) initially said that his cellphone was lost but then his cellphone was damaged. We look for the right one, ”said Gisel.
