JAKARTA - Artist Gisella Anastasia (Gisel) has been named a suspect in the case of a nasty video with a man with the initials MYD. Gisel admitted to the police that he was the woman in the perverted video that had been horrendous.

In the past, when the video was circulating in cyberspace, Gisel had denied it. Accompanied by his girlfriend Wijaya Saputra or familiarly called Wijin, Gisel speaks candidly about denying the woman in his nasty video.

“Another one is a really smooth girl, I had a child before. It's not that smooth, I have a lot of background, "said Gisel in a video interview quoted from Intens Investigation.

This denial had no meaning after the police twice questioned Gisel at Polda Metro Jaya.

The last time he was questioned, Wednesday, December 23, Gisel only admitted that he answered all questions from investigators. This nasty video case began with the arrest of two people who distributed videos. The two men have also been named suspects.

The police then conducted a case title on Monday, December 28. In the afternoon it was decided to make Gisel and MYD, the male characters in the perverted video, as suspects.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said Gisel and MYD admitted that the nasty video was made at a hotel in Medan in 2017.

This means that the video was made when Gisel was still the wife of Gading Marten. Both were married on September 14, 2013 in Uluwatu, Bali. Gisel then divorced Gading Marten on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.

Back to the issue of the video nasty case, Gisel and MYD were accused of Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and / or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

Yusri said MYD was a male figure who had sex with Gisel in the video. They committed immoral acts in a hotel in Medan, North Sumatra.

"Sister GA acknowledged and MYD admitted that it was what was in the video circulating on social media, it was herself," said Yusri.

Yusri said that the investigator in ensuring that the woman was the investigator did not only refer to Gisel's statement. Because from the results of the forensic examination, the woman was identical to Gisel.

"It is strengthened again by the existing forensic experts and IT experts," continued Yusri.
